Have you ever felt judged in your life for something that’s not even true?
Have you ever judged someone just because of the way they look, talk, or dress?
For most people, the answer to both these questions should be yes. However, people will deny it for the second one because we don’t like to picture ourselves as someone who would judge a person.
The same thing happened to Ted Lasso. The only difference is that Ted is a fictional character from the famous American TV show that is also called Ted Lasso.
So Ted and his rival Rupert (who used to own the team) make a big bet on a dart game, and when it’s Ted’s last turn, he shares an important lesson about leadership. He said this:

I figured out a hilarious way to save myself from those beatings. I started wearing two pairs of underwear, two pairs of boxers, and a thermal layer under my school pants.
